Returns

If you want to return your items, you can return them within 14 days. These 14 days start on the day your order is delivered.

Return policy

1. Return your unused items in the original packaging with attached labels. 

2. Fill in the return form. You can get it by contacting our customer service.

3. You can send the package back to us with any parcel service you like. We recommend you to choose the parcel service which is the cheapest for you, because these costs are on you.

Send your package to the address provided on the return form.

Refund

Once we receive the item back, we will refund the money to the account you paid for within 3 business days.

Exchange

If you want to exchange an item for a different colour or size, you can return it through the above step-by-step plan and re-order the desired items. This way your order willget to you in no-time.
